Brand Ambassador - Maastricht Wolfstraat
We are seeking Brand Ambassadors for our Maastricht Wolfstraat retail store that will have a combined position of Retail associate and Social Media Ambassador to help promote ESPRIT's brand and products.

Your Main Responsibilities:
- Represent the Esprit look to a new chapter of Esprit shoppers, leading the styling efforts for the store team
- Embody the spirit of the Esprit brand ethos - playful, modern, and cool
- Consistently execute to the shopper journey model and meet elevated selling goals and expectations during scheduled shifts
- Develop shopper relationships and build our shopper base through engagement, conversion, and CRM
- Create compelling, on-trend content for use on our social media channels and marketing campaigns
- Partner with store management to support the customer's program.
- Assist with visual presentations and inventory procedures while supporting daily operations
Your Skills & Competencies:
- Retail, hospitality, or performance experience
- Demonstrated exceptional sales results, particularly in a client-relationship environment
- Ability to consistently meet elevated sales goals
- Enthusiasm, positivity, and a love for fashion, with a strong industry and product knowledge base
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store appearance by ensuring displays are visually appealing, the store is tidy, and products are well-organized.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with ESPRIT's latest collections and trends to effectively assist customers.
- Social Media Coordination: Collaborate with our marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns and in-store events.
Qualifications:
- Must be a social media enthusiast with a talent for creating content
- Passion for fashion and an understanding of ESPRIT's brand and style.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.

A typical day/week for a Brand Ambassador at ESPRIT:
- Mornings: Get ready for the working day, wear your favorite ESPRIT merch and catch up with team members to get up to speed with anything specific that's happening in store for the day
- Rest of day: You will be advising customers on our product range and what items you recommend for their needs, styling them when necessary, keeping an eye out and replenishing stock on the store floor, and maintaining the store appearance and cleanliness during the day. You will also help customers with purchasing products, returns, etc.
- Social Media : during the week some of your time is dedicated to curating your own content. Whether it's an engaging reel, a captivating TikTok, a YouTube video bursting with style tips, or mesmerizing Instagram and LinkedIn photos, the choice is yours! Your creativity knows no bounds, and you have the flexibility to craft content that resonates with your unique style and audience.
