Usually companies hire us because we are just pretty good at doing customer service. We are not that big, but very cosy. The atmosphere is informal and because we are a family business, the dynamics are often just a bit *different* (*read whole) than at larger companies. Our contact centre is run by brother and sister Floris and Clair Spangenberg, aka the bosses. They are supported by the operations boss who in turn directs the team leaders, who are called our project bosses. That sounds like a lot of bosses, but at our headquarters in Maastricht you mainly notice the short lines of communication and informal atmosphere within our team. Our open-door policy is much appreciated. But now you're thinking what do my future colleagues themselves think about this? They will be happy to tell you that themselves! 'I have now been working at SpangenbergGroup for 1.5 years and am enjoying myself. Things here are really different from any other random call centre. My project boss is very easy to deal with, but I know I can walk into the operations boss' office with the same ease. And even with the management, the door is always open. It is a family business and you really feel that. Everyone is left to their own devices. Do what you do best, be open to learning and feel responsible for the clients of the project you work for. You will join a company with enthusiasts who are working every day to help out that customer in need. The client You've been triggered, otherwise you wouldn't have gotten to this bit of text. So we'd like to tell you a bit more about the client we need you for. This one is in the world of swimming pools. Whaaat? Yep, swimming pools! Especially during the sunny periods, it is impossible to imagine gardens without swimming pools, jacuzzis, heat pumps and inflatable figures. You probably know someone who sets up a pool in the course of spring or summer and enjoys it throughout the period. Big chance that it was bought from our client. And of course, sometimes a customer wants advice about it, or something breaks down, or someone wants to order the whole bubs but has no idea where to start and what is needed. Well, so it's you! You are the one who can help this customer through the whole process of ordering stuff and installing it. Do you have to be technical to do that? No way! Everything is laid down and described in clear documentation. It is an ideal project to make some good money during the summer peak. Chances are the summer will only cost you money otherwise. ?.
