We are Valkenpower, a growing international import and export company, where we specialize in tools, machines and workshop equipment. We are located right on the highway in Maasbracht and are therefore easy to reach from all over Limburg (Netherlands).

And we are looking for an:
HR Advisor (16 hours per week)
What will you do?
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who wants to support and advise the management in HR matters in the broadest sense of the word. This includes (supporting) recruitment and selection, processing mutations, managing the personnel system, implementing and monitoring the Collective Labour Agreement for the Metal and Engineering Industry, further developing the job center and salary structure, processing leave, managing sick leave, drawing up and managing the personnel guide, managing and processing outflow, and everything in between. You are a sparring partner for the management but also confident for the staff. A position where you can really make a difference for both staff and management.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of work experience as an HR advisor. You have strong communication skills and you dare to give your honest opinion at all times. You are also flexible and can work independently. After all, you are the only HR advisor within this organization.
