In 1930, the foundation for the company and the first concrete products were laid by this company in Posterholt, Limburg. Started with manual labor, grew to mechanization in the 1950s and developed towards innovation, sustainability and robotization under the leadership of the current owner. With the knowledge, skills and drive for innovation of his ancestors, he decided to expand further in 1987 by purchasing a concrete factory in Wanssum. Both locations are now characterized by high-tech concrete solutions and a loyal group of +/- 300 employees. A solid and robust foundation that has resulted in continuous growth of the company over the past 25 years in the field of wide slab floors, ribbed floors, building elements and shell. Quality and reliability are central, we will not settle for anything less.

As a reinforcement operator you are responsible for the machine that makes reinforcement nets from iron wires on a roll for the concrete. You ensure that the machine runs smoothly and if there is a malfunction or work is required, you carry it out. It is an automated process, the machine does the work itself. The only thing that needs to be done is to use a crane to place the iron rolls in the right place and connect them to the machine. Below are the activities:

• Independently operate reinforcement machine (MMR) which produces unique reinforcement meshes
• Independently operate reinforcement machine (GTA/Versa) which produces unique lattice girders
• Operating the hall crane
• Keeping the workplace clean
• Identifying and solving disruptions in the process

• You speak the Dutch, English or German language
• Motivation and a flexible attitude are the most important
• If you have a safe hoisting certificate, that's great, otherwise you can always get it through us.

• Basic hourly wage of €18,34 Including ADV surcharge and shift allowance
• Weekly presence of Physiotherapist
• Working in Day Shift (05:30 AM - 2:00 PM / 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM / 09:30 PM - 06:00 AM)
• Any overtime will be paid at 150%
