In 1930, the foundation for the company and the first concrete products was laid by this company in Posterholt, Limburg. Started with manual labor, grew to mechanization in the 1950s and developed towards innovation, sustainability and robotization under the leadership of current owner. With the knowledge, skills and drive for innovation of his forefathers, he decided to expand further in 1987 by purchasing the concrete factory in Wanssum. Both locations are now characterized by high-tech concrete solutions and a loyal group of +/- 300 employees. A solid and robust foundation that has resulted in continuous growth of the company over the past 25 years in the field of wide slab floors, ribbed floors, building elements and shells. Quality and reliability are central, we will not settle for anything less.

As a concrete production employee you are responsible for manufacturing concrete products according to the set quality standards and specifications. Unlike the past, nowadays it is (robot) machines that do most of the work. In other words, it is still physical work, but not as heavy anymore due to the machines that take over parts of the work. You work in a team of professionals and contribute to the production process of concrete elements. You will be involved in light physical work, such as keeping the production machines clean and ultimately operating overhead cranes and possibly machines. There is a relaxed atmosphere within this company. Of course there is work going on, but not with enormous pressure. A lot is done about employee satisfaction. For example, a free Physiotherapist is available every Wednesday if you need help with anything.

• You speak the Dutch, English or German language
• Motivation and a flexible attitude are the most important
• If you have a safe hoisting certificate, that's great, otherwise you can always get it through us.

• Basic hourly wage of €14.76 Including ADV surcharge and shift allowance
• Weekly presence of Physiotherapist
• Working in Day Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM depending on which hall)
• Any overtime will be paid at 150%
