Zien Group is looking for an experienced Sales Manager Maastricht and Eindhoven .

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the vibrant markets of Maastricht and Eindhoven. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in these key regions. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to make a significant impact in expanding our market presence.

Overall, the Sales Manager will:

• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for Maastricht and Eindhoven.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive market expansion.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute to budget management.

We're looking for someone:

• At Least 3-5 years of experience.
• Fluent in the Dutch language is a pre both writing and speaking.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hotel sales management, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of Maastricht and Eindhoven hospitality markets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with hotel booking systems and sales analytics.
• Proven experience in sales management with a successful track record.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
