About the job: 

The position will be based in Limburg, Netherlands to support our customers and business partners among Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Responsibilities include field and workshop maintenance on EWP's & Material Handling products, inventory management, routine travel, and client entertainment. 

Requirements:

• Provide Technical Product support for Dingli employees, customer representatives and equipment
• Complete Maintenance, Inspection & Repair of EWP’s
• Attend to breakdowns in the field or at the nominated job site on request and as directed by management
• Complete spare parts adjustment sheets and reorder sheets for warehouse and vehicle inventory items categorizing the part number, description, quantity, and machine make, model, serial number
• Provide feedback on product improvements and design changes for Dingli products and services
• Work together with management and the factory to solve any design or faults with the Dingli products
• Coordinate and facilitate product training material and carry out customer product training
• Responsible for receiving and sending out goods, including checking the quality and quantity of goods. Carry out the pre-delivery inspection(PDI) for new inbound machines, stored machines, and outbound shipments.
• Build strong relationships with Dingli AWP customer service managers

Qualifications:

• At least 3 yrs experience as a service engineer in the mechanical or equivalent industry
• Knowledge of equipment rental companies in Netherlands will be a definite advantage
• Have experience in electrical and hydraulic repairs
• Boom lift, electrical lift, scissor lift dealership experiences an advantage
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
• Good understanding of customers dynamic
• The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed
• Able to work under pressure
• Fluent written and spoken English
