Introductie vacature 

Do you have experience as a supply chain specialist and do you want to work for healthcare? For the department Radiology we are looking for a new colleague. You will be working at the location in Maastricht.


Working together with internal departments and logistical partners, you will be responsible for driving, coordinating or monitoring of all of our logistical processes. Our team goal is to assure a high level of customer satisfaction on the condition that the right product is delivered at the right place at the right time against the lowest cost through means of consistent execution of inbound and outbound shipments to our affiliates and external customers. Our team is responsible for operations of our EMEA RDC situated in The Netherlands, the APAC RDC situated in Singapore and +/- 100 service engineers situated throughout Europe, Russia, Turkey and in the APAC region.

 

You will be part of a dedicated team of 9 professionals with great diversity in age, experience and backgrounds in Supply Chain. The team is passionate for performance and delivering state of the art Radiology medical devices to our customers. The great thing about our department, is that you will get a lot of freedom in your job whilst having a strong focus on development. You will have a lot of contact with both internal customers and colleagues in different departments, while you are coordinating our efforts to provide great service.

What does the ideal candidate look like?


You are ambitious and have a service-minded and can-do attitude. You can keep your head cool, define your own priorities and keep track of all ongoing matters. You’re a multitasking talent. You identify opportunities and room for improvement and make it your goal to ensure these enhancements are successfully implemented. Also, since you are dealing with important and compliance relevant data, you have a sharp eye for detail and work accurate and precise.

 

·        Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

·        Available for 40 hours a week

·        Years of experience (5+ years) in a similar position

·        Language: Fluent English in writing and verbal; Dutch, preferred

·        Functional insight in logistics, supply chain and or inventory control processes

·        Experience with ERP (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office applications

·        Knowledge of MRP and TMS is an advantage, as well as good affinity for IT processes

·        Analytically inclined. With strong focus on monitoring, improving and sustaining

·        High level of ownership and accountability for delivering required service, also in busy times

·        Affinity with planning and having structured working approach

·        Experience in project management, following up action lists, facilitating stakeholders & meetings

·        Well-developed communicative and collaborative skills

·        You have an EU nationality or a work and residence permit for the Netherlands

·        You live within reasonable travel distance from Maastricht
