This is how you make an impact

Working alongside your multidisciplinary team of approximately 15 members, you'll be responsible for ensuring optimal internal and external logistics and inventory management at our state-of-the-art production facility. With your people-oriented approach, leadership, and communication skills, you'll effectively guide and inspire your team towards achieving ever-improving performance. Additionally, you'll be hands-on in the work about 20% of the time, as required. You'll strive to create a pleasant and safe working environment for yourself, your team, and all other colleagues. In essence, you embody the qualities of a modern team leader.

Your daily responsibilities include

• Deploying staff to the appropriate positions and introducing new (flex) employees to the team;
• Leading brief daily sessions with all warehouse staff to effectively monitor KPIs;
• Identifying and promptly escalating bottlenecks, if necessary, ensuring they are resolved within the team whenever possible;
• Conducting coaching and improvement discussions, including evaluations and performance reviews;
• Ensuring and enhancing inventory reliability, processes, and work methods;

This is wat you bring to the team

In this position, you will have a key role in developing and producing complex and high-quality electronic modules. In order to do this well, we ask the following:

• A Bachelor's degree in a technical field;
• Demonstrated affinity with project-based work, business processes and procedures;
• Good knowledge of MS Excel;
• Demonstrable affinity with production, testing or development;
• Good communication and writing skills in both Dutch and English. German is an advantage.
