WHAT IS THE EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP MASTERCLASS?

In the Effective Leadership Masterclass, you examine your current leadership profile and go through a development process to be able to use effective and flexible leadership skills in different situations. This will enable you to more effectively shape your professional actions in different situations.

In this Masterclass, in addition to covering theoretical aspects, there is plenty of room to share experiences and to practice and experiment with different behavioural options. You will work with yourself and your own situation. During the course, you have a coach conversation to deepen and support you in experimenting with new behaviour.

STUDY IN MAASTRICHT

Education at UMIO takes place at the Tapijnkazerne in Maastricht. These former barracks in the heart of Maastricht have recently been completely renovated. The result is a modern and sustainable education location that is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, in the middle of the city park and within walking distance of Maastricht's city center.
