About the role:
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Execute and follow-up of the non-conformance material reports and product disposition (example: complaints, retains samples, logistic returns, inbound damage and others related)
• Manage timelines with action owners for several actions plans (Deviations/CAPA/VoEs/Ext.Doc) and quality project plans to monitor and control the timely execution.
• Focus on data accuracy and integrity to support quality related activities.
• Perform ad hoc visits to Regional Distribution Center to support any product related issues, inspections or GxP training when needed.
• Responsible to coordinate shipments with the support of the Supply Chain team of material related to complaints towards the Legal Manufacturer.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Quality, Logistics, Projects Administration, or equivalent
• Proficient in English, written and verbally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
