• You are currently enrolled in a HBO Bachelor's program with a commercial orientation.
• You have intercultural awareness.
• You are a team player.
• You have written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, English and German (optional).
• You make it work because of your enthusiasm for commercial strategies and customer service.

What will you make?

• You make it work: you help organize internal or external customer events in which you will also actively participate.
• You make it social: you assist in meeting customer needs and always provide customers with relevant (product) information.
• You make it organized: you offer support in securing and logging relevant customer or project information in the Mosa CRM system.
• You make it service: you help with accepting and registering complaints and help provide solutions for the handling of the complaint.
• You can make it happen at Mosa: you support other team members and always find opportunities for self-growth and improvement.
