Introductie vacature 

As a financial Analyst, or in Bayer terms a Business Model Analyst, you are responsible for the daily operations within the business model management department and supporting the department in various tasks. Content responsible area will be focused on internal- and external pricing and Customer master data. Within the Radiology portfolio there are many business model changes that need to be managed and supported by the Business Model Management department. Your tasks consist of individual projects but also team-efforts with many cross-functional and international interactions. You will be collaborating with and integrating the knowledge and feedback from the organization's specialist functions like Tax, Legal, Marketing, Product Supply. You will be working with three team members and act as a sparring partner for your manager, the Head of Business Model Management.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Content responsible to handle the daily operations of the department.
• Manage the data governance processes.
• Perform periodic management reporting.
• Drive various system improvement projects.
• Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of the SAP system and other systems used.
• Global governance of the radiology business model.
• KPI reporting.

• A Bachelor/master's degree in business economics, Business Administration, comparable or working experience on this level.
• Relevant work experience is a pré.
• Strong communication skills and pro-active approach to manage uncertainty and complexity.
• Operational experience in an international business operations; ideally in Accounting, Controlling.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI tools (pré).
• Fluent English is a must, Dutch (pré).
• A result (target) driven attitude, well-organized, focused on results.
• You can make effective and efficient independent decisions to solve problems based on customer needs and requirements in an international atmosphere.
• You live within travelling distance of Maastricht.
