Being a Finance Business Partner for Western Europe Management, you will be providing Business Partnering support and advisory to the Western Europe (WE) Business Leaders, WE Marketing and Country Business Leaders but also Operating Unit. You will act as the trusted advisor to the business and support them in defining and executing the business strategy, maximizing top and bottom line opportunities, delivering on Key Performance Indicators and targets, driving efficiency in operations, adapt new business models where applicable.

• Interpreting, explaining and driving business performance.

• European Headquarters expenses management (forecasting, targeting, analyzing, communicating).

• Planning and Executing team FP&A (Finance, Planning and Analysis) activities.

• Supporting and influencing key operational and strategic decisions.

Must Haves

• University degree in Finance, Business or Accounting

• Willingness to business travelling up to 10% of time, covering the region

• Being business acumen - you understand the business model and are 100% business savvy

• Being an advisor, you are an outstanding communicator and have the ability to communicate effectively according to the audience and to influence others to different ways of thinking & gain commitment

Nice to Haves

• Masters level or MBA degree an / or having achieved a CPA/ACCA (Certified Public Accountant/Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) diploma

• Work experience from a multinational commercial company or a recognized audit firm

• Proactive and action oriented - you show initiative and act with a sense of urgency as well as with diplomacy when required

• Experience in working in a multicultural and diverse environment
